USE CASE 2

Göran Falkman is a senior CRM Solution Architect working for Amesto. He was working on a migration for the Swedish office giant AllOffice Nordic AB to migrate and synchronize over a 100 users with over 60.000 contact cards from VISMA to SuperOffice CRM.
For this he was confronted with an investment decision. What is available in the market? Do we go for a custom solution? How does the total cost of ownership (TCO) match up with each solution and how does it benefit the end customer in terms of liquidity, maintenance cost and risk? 

After a thorough assessment three options remained. A custom software, a direct Visma Business integration solution or InfoBridge’s DataBridge. The custom solution was quickly off the table as it could never compete on price. It left the direct Visma Business integration solution and DataBridge as two viable options, each with a similar cost structure (TCO) but a different approach to the problem. 

Göran eventually recommended and AllOffice went with DataBridge because setup was easy and the cost risk for the customer was minimal. First he found it easy to configure - once everything was configured it worked without maintenance. Second he found no deep integration with VISMA Business was necessary. This eliminates maintenance and the need for unexpected updates and this helped AllOffice control budget.
