How do I change my billing information in DataBridge?
  1. Log in to your DataBridge account,
  2. Click on Subscription (top-right corner),
  3. On the Subscription page you can change your billing information and/or subscription (add extra profiles for instance),
  4. Click on Update Subscription to update your subscription and new billing information.
Where can I find the invoices for my DataBridge account?
We are working on this option for one of the next versions.
Until then questions about invoicing can be sent to billing@infobridge.com.
How can I cancel my DataBridge subscription?
  1. Log into the DataBridge as an administrator
  2. Click Subscription in the top right corner
  3. Click Cancel subscription
